All alpacas being entered for Sale must meet JUBILEE 2017 health regulations

There will be no entry for alpacas not meeting these requirements
Payment in full is required before sale alpacas can proceed to their assigned pens
You will receive a confirmation email and invoice for your registration within 24 hours of your submission
Your alpaca will post on the PRIVATE TREATY website within 24 to 48 hours of submission
All exhibitors attending the Jubilee will be preregistered to bid

BIDDING/SALE PROCESS:
BIDDING EXAMPLE:
- free stalling
- electricity
- stall bedding
- show promotion via announcements, website gallery & Friday Night Happy Hour
- late fee on halter entries of sale alpacas will be waived
- all alpacas must be entered by April 3, 2017
- NO COMMISSION FEES ON SOLD OR UNSOLD ALPACAS
- ENTER a 2nd alpaca and we will credit your registration account 100.00*

BIDDING/SALE PROCESS:
- At the MAPACA Jubilee, beginning on April 21st, there will be a bid table with the bidding sheets on clipboards for all of the alpacas in the sale along with their pen #, name and the suggested sale price.
- You can bid on an alpaca at any time all weekend long.
- Breeders can accept ANY offers at ANY time during the weekend.
- The sale will end on Sunday, April 23rd at 10:00 am. Use your bidder’s number that you were given at registration.
- All transactions are the full responsibility of the interested parties. MAPACA has no obligation whatsoever to negotiate on any party's behalf.
- Call in Bids and Buys must be made to the consignor or the consignors agent an placed on the bid sheet at time of call
- Consignor or consignor agent to be on sale site during sale time
BIDDING EXAMPLE:
- Let’s say that you would really like to purchase an alpaca in pen #5 - asking price is $7,000
- Find her Bidding paper with her photo and on the first open line you would write what you are willing to pay for her.
- Let’s say that you write $5,000 Be sure to use your bidders number and that your bid is higher than the one written on the line above yours.
- Perhaps someone else is also interested in buying that same alpaca – they might come along a write $5,500 on the next line.
- If you really want her, you can go back and write $6,000 on the next open line.
- Keep in mind that the sale of the alpaca is at the discretion of the seller.
- Breeders can accept ANY offers at ANY time during the weekend.
- Keep in mind that most Breeders are offering these alpacas with terms, so you don’t need to pay in full at the show.
- An example might be 25% or 33% down payment with monthly payments on the balance for 1, 2, or 3 years depending on the price. If you are interested in a particular alpaca, be sure to ask the breeder what the terms would be upon purchase.
Hold Harmless Statement:
It's understood and agreed that the MAPACA Jubilee, its officers, agents, vendors, contracted professionals and employees shall not be responsible for any theft, loss, damage, injury or illness to any person, property or animal, which is caused directly or indirectly by any reason resulting from a stay or sale at our event. All participating breeders agree to hold harmless the above parties for any expenses or liabilities incurred, including but not limited to attorney's fees.
